Responsible Gambling Controls

One thing that really struck us about the app was how easy it was to add controls to our play. They had a banner on the home page showing “set a limit in under a minute” and this was simple to do – and took less than a minute. 

We found the following controls on offer – 

• Deposit limited – Set for either a day or up to 30 days
• Cool off – Remove your access to Sky Vegas for a period of 1 to 30 days
• Self-exclude – Bock your account for 6 months to 5 years
• Reality check – Set a warning at a certain amount of time so you don’t play on the app for too long

Once these are set you cannot remove them. If you self-exclude for a period of time you have to ring them to reactivate your account, it does not happen automatically.
